The Dog House

My cousin, Jeff and his wife, Jeanne came to visit us a couple of weekends ago. Because we don't get to see them but maybe once a year, my whole family also came over so everyone could visit. And along came everyone's furry babies.

From left to right is: JubJub (Jeff and Jeanne's baby boy), Mocha (Mom & Dad's baby girl), Duke and Daisy (Joel and Laura's baby boy and girl, and of course the cutest of them all, heehee, is my Georgie.JubJub...look at his cute little pudgy belly.My baby boy.Cute little, floppy eared Duke.George wasn't so sure about the new guy in town. It was a good weekend. Great to see Jeff and Jeanne again. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can visit with them again.

Marymere Falls

This was definitely the best part of our trip. We took an all day trip to Olympic National Park. It started out with a ferry boat ride across the Puget Sound and then 3 hour drive to the park. It was a long day, but a very good one and we couldn't have asked for better weather. On our way to see the Falls in the thick forest of the park. It was amazingly beautiful.Here is Jalyn on a gigantic tree stump.Here is just one of the HUGE trees we got to see.And here we are finally at the falls. Just beautiful.

Jalyn is so in love with the outdoors, I'm pretty sure she enjoyed every single second of our hike.
