Jalyn got to see her very first real live "horsie". We went and visited a horse stable. They had 5 horses and Jalyn really enjoyed that. We got to pet them and feed them some grass and they all loved the attention. Jalyn was upset when we finally left and that's all she could talk about for the rest of the trip was her "horsies". It made me want to go out and buy a horse for her. Okay, maybe a little for me too. :)

It was a very relaxing trip. We only had good weather the last two days we were there, so we were stuck inside pretty much the whole time. But, it was still nice.
I think Jalyn's favorite part of the whole trip was our stop to Cabela's on the way home. It was her first time there and she LOVED it! Especially the bears. She balled her eyes out when we left. Soooo cute!

Vacation time!!!!!

We're going to West Virginia for a week!!!!! I can't wait. We leave Sunday morning and won't be back until the following Sunday. Just the 3 of us! I'm very excited. I'm sure I will have lots of pictures to post when we come back. So, until then.....SEE YA!!!!!!!!

So, what do ya think?

This is Jalyn and her obsession with her babies. She loves to put them all in a straight line. It was her idea to lay down with them. I had to tuck her in with her silky. I couldn't resist getting a couple pictures of this.

Birthday fun for a birthday boy....

Last Saturday we went to a birthday party for our "nephew" Tyler. He turned 1 on April 25th. The party was on the 26th which is actually Jerry's cousins' Lori and Leslie's birthday. So afterwards we went out to dinner with them at the Mongolian Barbeque. It was a nice time. The
party was in Williamston (which is close the Kensington Valley Outlet Mall) so after the party we took a little 15 minute drive over to the mall and bought some

new Corelle dishes. I've been wanting Corelle because I tend to be a little clumsy with our dishes. One by one they seem to be disappearing. :)



All in all, it was a great weekend. We had a lot of fun at the party. Especially Jalyn; she was tearing around there with all the big kids playing like crazy. It was cute.
