Jimmy and Emily's new home...

Jimmy and Emily got a new apartment and moved in last night. They are both so excited about it! Even Archie has his own place now!! :) This is Emily showing off her Spiderman bathroom. And this is her HUGE closet. This closet is the size of her old apartment. She's in love. :) Here is Jalyn sporting Aunt Laura's scrubs.

Amazing Moon

Did anyone see the moon last night as it was rising around 8:45pm? It was incredible! I wish I was able to get a picture of it to show you, but I'm sure the picture would not have done it justice. It was gigantic for one thing, but it was really really dark orange. It was actually kind of creepy but at the same time amazing. I hope you got to witness it.

Our family trip to Georgia

One week ago today we ventured off on our long road trip to Georgia to see Joel for the long holiday weekend. Laura, mom, dad, Jalyn, Jerry and I with all of our luggage and 2 golf bags to top it all off were stuffed into our 6 passenger Pacifica. I seriously thought the back hatch door was going to explode open and fall onto the highway, but it didn't. Thank goodness.

The Dog House

My cousin, Jeff and his wife, Jeanne came to visit us a couple of weekends ago. Because we don't get to see them but maybe once a year, my whole family also came over so everyone could visit. And along came everyone's furry babies.

It was a good weekend. Great to see Jeff and Jeanne again. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can visit with them again.

Marymere Falls

This was definitely the best part of our trip. We took an all day trip to Olympic National Park. It started out with a ferry boat ride across the Puget Sound and then 3 hour drive to the park. It was a long day, but a very good one and we couldn't have asked for better weather. On our way to see the Falls in the thick forest of the park. It was amazingly beautiful.Here is Jalyn on a gigantic tree stump.Here is just one of the HUGE trees we got to see.And here we are finally at the falls. Just beautiful.

Jalyn is so in love with the outdoors, I'm pretty sure she enjoyed every single second of our hike.
